The Harm to Avoid Among Music Aficionados

‘These days, I keep replaying ‘Someone Who Knows Me’.’

A colleague with similar musical taste shared.

‘Oh, same here. ‘Just Watching’ is nice, but the more I listen, the more I love ‘Someone Who Knows Me’.’

‘Naul is just the best.’

‘Yeah, that too. But whenever I listen to ‘Just Watching’, Ji Seok-jin’s face just pops into my head.’

‘Haha, same for me.’

After solving a morning issue, I was late for lunch and starving, so I continued the conversation while munching on the pickles already set on the table.

‘It’s such a bummer. ‘Butter’ overshadowed ‘Dun Dun Dance’, and they couldn’t snag the top spot.’

‘Right? It’s such a pity. The song’s balance is so good, I played it at least 10 times a day.’

‘Really? I hit 50 times.’

I didn’t want to lose. I listen to a ton of music.

‘I think I’ve listened to it that much too.’

Claiming to have played it 10 times, yet casually leveling up. Not that playing it more means winning, so there’s no ‘that’s ridiculous’ reaction. A fierce rival, as always.

‘So, what are you listening to these days? Any recommendations?’

‘Well, maybe AESPA’s ‘Next Level’…’

‘…Do you listen to the Top 100?’

….

..

.

Today feels like a sure loss.
