Not long ago, Yunchan Lim, the youngest winner at the Van Cliburn International Competition at 18, shared something in an interview that struck a chord.
Music is one of the few genuine things in the world, and we humans need it. 🎶
Personally, I believe there are many genuine things in the world, but it’s incredible that at the age of 18, he’s so passionate about something. If you have some time, I highly recommend listening to the final round of the competition featuring Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3. Once you experience it, you’ll totally get why he feels that way. 🎹
My fingers could never compare to Yunchan Lim’s toes, just saying… 😅
