Health Check-Up
After procrastinating a few times, I finally got my health check-up, like finishing overdue homework. 📝 After the heart ultrasound, during the consultation, the elderly doctor seemed more focused on giving a medical lecture than delivering the results. ‘This is what your heart looks like from below. Remember this from school? Do you know what opens and closes between the left ventricle and the aorta?’ How old do you think I am, doctor?
‘Valves!’
I was a good student, thank you very much. 📚 And I’m curious during the exams, like when the prostate ultrasound was telling me to inflate, deflate, and then half-inflate my belly (what does that even mean?). The doctor was clicking on the screen with the mouse, making me uneasy, so I asked if it was cancer.
(Sounding annoyed) Just measuring the prostate size.
And when I asked ‘How many centimeters?’ he didn’t even answer. But can I grow taller? I’m now 181cm. 🤔
Trump’s Victory
In the U.S. election, Trump ultimately won. I kind of expected it, so why did I think it would be close? People who are awake believe that who gets elected is crucial, and that’s why it’s important to vote wisely. But it feels like whoever wins won’t be great, and the congressmen lined up underneath aren’t promising either, so does it really matter? Just pondering alone. Anyway, everyone voting has their own expectations, and these are reflected in majority rule, so we just have to accept the outcome. After that, we adapt, experience, and adjust, because life isn’t about always making the right choices. 🌍
How to Not Talk About Pain – Maria Tumarkin

Axomatic means ‘self-evident and needing no proof’. Maria Tumarkin’s book ‘How to Not Talk About Pain’ (original title: Axomatic) discusses the idea that efforts to understand others are processes without conclusions. People want to generalize the causes of suicide and create theories to control its social impact, but truly understanding others is impossible. Maybe accepting situations and letting them be buried in time is a healthier approach. The author avoids hasty generalizations and uses a fact-based narrative, prompting readers to think deeply. Though the narration can be chaotic, making it a bit confusing, it’s a book I highly recommend. 📖
I read books well. The end. 📚
Winter Begins
Thanks to the consistently hardworking bass, John Park’s voice sounds refreshingly crisp. 🎶 His vocals boast a paradoxical charm that is both weighty and delicate.

Without hesitation, I threw on my cozy fleece hoodie in the chilly morning air, ☕️ kicked off Starbucks’ Frequence Challenge with a toffee nut latte, and embraced the Christmas vibes flowing from John Park’s ‘BLUFF’.
Winter has officially begun this year. ❄️

Project Launch
After a year and a half of work, and over two years if you include the prep time, the project has officially launched. 🚀 It was fun but also challenging, and it’s something that will linger in my memories for a long time. Working with great people turned out to be way more enjoyable than I imagined. I hope everyone grew a little, and that we can tackle even bigger things together. 💪
